1. Shipping Policy
1.1. Shipping Service: DermalFillersWorld LLC ships products globally via reputable international carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order.
1.2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment verification. Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.
1.3. Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by customs procedures in the destination country.
1.4. Transfer of Risk (Incoterms): All shipments are made under Incoterms Ex Works (EXW) or Free Carrier (FCA) 3251 E 2nd Ave, Hialeah, FL 33013 USA, unless otherwise specified in writing. * Crucially, the risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods transfers entirely to the Customer immediately upon the goods being handed over to the carrier.
1.5. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped. It is the Customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment status.
2. International Customs and Duties (Customer Responsibility)
2.1. Importer of Record: The Customer is the Importer of Record for all international shipments and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
2.2. Customs Clearance: The Customer is solely responsible for: * All customs clearance procedures and required documentation. * The payment of all import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, and any brokerage fees or customs charges levied by the destination country.
2.3. Customs Seizure/Refusal: * If an order is seized, confiscated, or delayed by customs due to the Customer’s failure to provide required documentation, failure to pay duties, or non-compliance with local import regulations, DermalFillersWorld LLC assumes no responsibility. * No refunds will be issued for orders blocked, destroyed, or returned to the sender by customs authorities for reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
3. Return Policy (Strict B2B/Medical Products)
3.1. Strict No-Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products (sterile medical devices and pharmaceuticals like Dermal Fillers and Botox) and for reasons of public health, hygiene, and product integrity, all sales are final.
3.2. Products are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable, except as specified in Section 4. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and efficacy of the supply chain for licensed professionals.
3.3. No Right of Withdrawal: As a B2B transaction involving licensed professionals and medical supplies, the statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation applicable to consumer sales does not apply.
4. Refund and Claims Policy (Limited Exceptions)
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following strictly limited circumstances:
4.1. Product Damaged upon Arrival (Transit Damage): * The Customer must inspect the packaging immediately upon receipt. * If the outer packaging shows visible signs of damage, the Customer must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. * Claims for internal damage must be reported to DermalFillersWorld LLC within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by high-quality photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product(s).
4.2. Incorrect Product Shipped (Seller Error): * If the Customer receives a product that differs from the item ordered and listed on the invoice. * The Customer must notify the Seller within 14 days of delivery. The correct product will be shipped upon return of the incorrect item (at the Seller’s expense) in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.
4.3. Refund Process: * If a refund is approved under 4.1 or 4.2, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 business days after the claim is validated by the Seller.
